30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Please contact us before sending any item back, as returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Starting a Return
To begin a return, please email info@babiesarebloomers.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
For your protection, we strongly recommend using a tracked return service. We are unable to process refunds for items that are not received.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the transaction.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you would like a different item, we recommend returning the original item if eligible and placing a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on used items, personal care goods, sale items, or gift cards.
